Step 5 and 6: Set actions for the rule

In the “Rules” window, type a name for your rule (like “Whitelist HereNextYear”) in the “Description” field.

Use the following settings: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains.”

Type our sender’s email address (Marty@HereNextYear.com, Crew@ProduceMyBook, or admin@pwccs.com) in the text field beside “Contains.” [To whitelist two or three of these emails, you will need to create a separate Rule for each.]

Steps 7 and 8: Select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the drop-down menus.Click “Ok” to save the rule.
