Terms of Service for Here Next Year, LLC and Participation in Speakers Speak LIVE, Speakers Speak Group on Facebook, Speakers Speak MORE and Speakers Speak PRO.

    Welcome to Here Next Year, LLC. By using our services, including participation in Speakers Speak Group, LIVE, MORE and PRO, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

  • Eligibility

    To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

    You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You are responsible for all your activities in connection with the use of our services.

  • Membership Conduct

    As a member of Speakers Speak LIVE and the Speakers Speak Group on Facebook, you agree to:

    Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members.

    Not use your membership to poach other speakers or directly solicit their services without the explicit permission of Marty Dickinson.

    Not share any proprietary or confidential information you have access to within the group. Sharing such information will be grounds for immediate termination from the program. 

  • Intellectual Property

    All content provided by Here Next Year, LLC, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, and web-based tools/software, is the property of Here Next Year, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

  • Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services and events at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

    Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

  • Limitation of Liability
