Refund Policy for Here Next Year, LLC

At Here Next Year, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services and referrals to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our approach to refunds to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our clients.

  • Paid Subscription Cancellations

    A full refund will be granted anytime during the first month of any paid subscription provided by Here Next Year, LLC. Refund requests beyond month one will be granted for only the month where the correlating monthly payment was issued.

  • Paid Project Work Refunds

    Here Next Year, LLC, will occasionally perform project work for, or with, a client. Each project contains its own Project Scope and Agreement for which refund policies are described in full and vary per project.

  • Referred Sales

    Here Next Year, LLC, makes every effort to partner with the highest quality of service providers. In the event that we refer you to one of those suggested providers and you wish to acquire a refund for their services or program provided, you will need to receive that refund from that provider directly. Here Next Year, LLC, cannot be held liable for other peoples’ work.

  • Exceptions

    Special promotions or sales may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.In cases of extraordinary circumstances, Here Next Year, LLC reserves the right to handle refunds at its discretion
