I’ve used 1ShoppingCartFree.com for probably 7 or 8 years. And, I’m not going to make this into some kind of 1ShoppingCart bashing post because the 1ShoppingCart system has made me quite a bit of money over the years. I suppose too that with every software package, there will always be some quirky things where others will capitalize.

That time has come.

There is a new”er” shopping cart on the run where people by the dozens are moving from 1SC to this other system. It does everything 1SC does, in almost the exact same way, but has several additional features overlooked by 1 Shopping Cart, such as:

• Unlimited products capable
• Built-in email management
• Unlimited auto-responders
• Built-in affiliate program
• Custom thank you pages (yes, that’s per product and very hard to find)
• Customize look and feel of product pages
• Membership
• Project management
• Fulfillment

All of that is in this shopping cart alternative to 1ShoppingCart.

HereNextYear has used 1ShoppingCartFree.com for the past 5 years. I can admit it, there are some quirks. For example, some people have called me trying to place an order for a HereNextYear product and have been kicked out of their browser. Or the order process just doesn’t make it through. Granted, most of these are as a result of bad credit cards, but some failed order attempts have just simply been the result of 1ShoppingCartFree having compatibility problems with the FireFox browser.

The trouble is, I use FireFox and have yet to have an issue ordering anything from anyone’s 1ShoppingCartFree.com account. And, I can assure you I order plenty of things online.

So, the moral of the story is to focus on features of 1ShoppingCartFree.com and handle the support requests manually for the few that come in that someone is having issues with the ordering process.
